Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 14, 2025
Because Black Lotus Escapes provides planning services at no cost to the client, we do not issue refunds directly.

All refunds, if applicable, must be handled through the vendor, hotel, airline, or service provider with whom the booking was made. We will assist you in initiating or supporting refund requests but do not control refund timelines or decisions.

Clients are encouraged to review the cancellation/refund policy of each booking before confirming.
